Liz Henry Lively
In 2016 Liz opened Chabert Insurance of Kenner to offer local residents affordable coverage and make sure her clients are ready to weather any storm. With over 20 years of insurance experience, Liz continues to pass on her knowledge and passion for protecting residents and businesses in her hometown at the most affordable rates possible. Liz is a lifelong resident of Kenner and a graduate of Archbishop Chapelle High School. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University and is licensed to sell insurance in Louisiana and Mississippi. She is on the Board of Directors for the Professional Insurance Agents of Louisiana New Orleans Chapter and a member of the Young Insurance Professionals of Louisiana. Liz enjoys spending time with her husband Frank and their two sons, Erik and Hunter. When she isn't at work, she is traveling with her family or attending Saints games.

Frank Lively
Frank joined our team in June 2019. He is a graduate of Bonnabel High School and holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Delgado Community College. He is licensed to sell Property and Casualty Insurance as well as Life and Health Insurance in Louisiana. Frank is a Board Member for The Krewe of Carrollton as well as a committeeman for The Krewe of Thoth and The Krewe of Sparta. He is an avid Saints fan, loves to travel, and spending time with his family.

Raisa joined our team in March of 2023. She is a Hispanic bilingual Insurance Agent licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi. Raisa comes to our agency with more than 15 years of insurance experience. Her strongest skills are to provide excellent customer service and to assist customers navigate and understand insurance products. She enjoys traveling, good food, a good movie, and watching the sunrise at the beach. Her passion is spending time with her family and her dog Niko.
